Terms and Conditions
By signing up and actively using the Integrity Corporation Services, llc DBA:MyZ.com (Hereby referred to as MyZ.com) program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. MyZ.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email or on this site MyZ.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the MyZ.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name phone and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Any member that does try to sign-up more than once will have their account deleted. Your computer may be shared with another individual that has an existing MyZ.com account but you must log out before changing users and MyZ.com assumes to liability for any losses incurred due to account conflicts. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your MyZ.com account and pressing the update/edit profile link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your MyZ.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by MyZ.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up MyZ.com. You agree to receive email advertising from MyZ.com. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from MyZ.com your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. If you account is inactive for more than 21 consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.  By connecting your cell phone to your account you hereby certify that you are aware that you could incur exorbitant charges for messaging services from your provider. It is your responsibility to verify account charges prior to activation any messaging device to the MyZ.com system. You are responsible for and hold harmless MyZ.com for any and all charges incurred for text/email/related fees in using the MyZ.com system.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and MyZ.com are independent of one another, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and MyZ.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of MyZ.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the MyZ.com program.

Limitation of Liability:
MyZ.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or MyZ.com program, even if MyZ.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, MyZ.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails, credit emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by MyZ.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the MyZ.com program. Members will earn credits based on their actions and the actions of the members they refer. These credits will be converted from time to time into us dollars and will show in each members account. Members will be paid via Paypal/or other online payment processor). MyZ.com will pay members when their balance reaches $10 and they request payment,We will also pay by Check or Money Order Payment at 10% Fee charge.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with MyZ.com and may result in legal prosecution. MyZ.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. MyZ.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. MyZ.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.


Privacy
Information Collected
MyZ.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. MyZ.com uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information. MyZ.com uses cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, to save your password so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site, and for other purposes. MyZ.com's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name, address, and email address). MyZ.com uses member contact information from the registration form to send the member information about our company and email advertisements. Members may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. We collect personal offline information for the sole purpose of paying members for earnings from our program. This site contains links to other sites. MyZ.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. MyZ.com uses a signup form for new members and advertisers. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address, address, and name). The member's contact information is used to get in touch with the member when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Public Forums
MyZ.com, in the future, may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Security
MyZ.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Children's Guidelines:
We do not collect online contact information without prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for other purposes without prior parental consent. We do not collect personally identifiable offline contact information without prior parental consent. We do not distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information. We do not give the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information. We do not entice by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity.

Choice/Opt-Out:
MyZ.com provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. MyZ.com gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service. You can login and cancel your membership at anytime.
